Job Summary
To support a high-volume remote call center, the full-time Remote Call Center Manager will oversee workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, and operational reporting while ensuring staffing resources align with operational demand.
Key responsibilities
- Develop workforce forecasts and staffing plans to meet operational needs
- Manage employee scheduling and optimize workforce activities
- Produce and analyze operational reports and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five years of experience in workforce management or contact center operations
- Experience with workforce management software and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must meet security eligibility requirements
