Job Summary

To support a high-volume remote call center, the full-time Remote Call Center Manager will oversee workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, and operational reporting while ensuring staffing resources align with operational demand.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop workforce forecasts and staffing plans to meet operational needs
  • Manage employee scheduling and optimize workforce activities
  • Produce and analyze operational reports and performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum five years of experience in workforce management or contact center operations
  • Experience with workforce management software and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must meet security eligibility requirements
