Job Summary
A full-service financial management firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of executing on our outbound sales strategy
- Recruiting and developing an internal team of A players that consistently meet or exceed targets
- Partnering with Analytics to develop superior operational reporting
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of management experience in a call center environment
- Availability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary to perform duties
- Proficiency in all sales enablement systems with ability to contribute to tech stack strategy
- Ability to understand how to interpret data and translate into actionable sales insights
- Ability to maintain expert-level understanding of our sales initiatives and reinforce them at every opportunity
- Ability to understand which levers will influence and improve our sales process and make sound recommendations to the Head of Sales
