Job Summary

A multi-state community-focused bank is seeking a Remote Call Center Mortgage Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer questions regarding mortgage payments, escrow, hazard insurance, taxes and mortgage website
  • Retrieve account information required to formulate complete and accurate responses that address customer inquiries
  • Research customer complaints or problems related to their accounts or Bank services and resolve them

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service, sales and/or related experience
  • Strong telephone skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic familiarity with personal computers (PC)
