Job Summary
A multi-state community-focused bank is seeking a Remote Call Center Mortgage Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer questions regarding mortgage payments, escrow, hazard insurance, taxes and mortgage website
- Retrieve account information required to formulate complete and accurate responses that address customer inquiries
- Research customer complaints or problems related to their accounts or Bank services and resolve them
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service, sales and/or related experience
- Strong telephone skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic familiarity with personal computers (PC)
