Remote Call Center Nurse RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse RN to join their HouseCalls team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic outreach to members for follow-up on referral-related issues
• Ensure members have scheduled appointments with their Primary Care Provider and assist with scheduling if needed
• Provide patient education on disease processes and assist with connections to community resources

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Compact RN license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting
• Computer proficiency to enter and retrieve data in electronic clinical records
• Ability to work in a production-driven environment
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home with access to high-speed internet
