Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse RN, HouseCalls - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic outreach to members for follow-up on referral-related issues
• Assist members in scheduling appointments with Primary Care Providers and refer to internal departments as needed
• Provide patient education and gather clinical information during calls while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Compact RN license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to work in a production-driven environment
