Key Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic outreach to members for follow-up on referral-related issues
• Assist members in scheduling appointments with Primary Care Providers and refer to internal departments as needed
• Provide patient education and gather clinical information during calls while ensuring compliance with documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Compact RN license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience in relevant healthcare settings
• Demonstrated computer proficiency for data entry in electronic clinical records
• Ability to perform efficiently in a production-driven environment
• Access to a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet at home
