Remote Call Center Nurse RN

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Call Center Nurse RN will manage triage calls after hours and on holidays, providing high-quality, patient-focused care while ensuring timely documentation and coordination with on-call nurses.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and assess calls from patients and families, delivering compassionate care and intervention as needed
• Document calls accurately in the electronic medical records system and process associated workflows
• Coordinate with agency on-call nurses to schedule nursing assessments and ensure high-quality care delivery

Required qualifications:

• Current, unrestrictive Registered Nurse license in all states of practice
• Registered Nurse Compact licensure preferred
• 2+ years of RN experience
• 1+ years of direct patient care in a hospice, home health, or oncology setting
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently
