Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Operations Manager in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Partner with HR to manage any performance issues, evaluations, or terminations
- Oversee a group of 5-7 Team Leads and group of virtual receptionists
- Develop and drive a management structure to streamline workflow
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to work both remotely and in our Phoenix office
- 3-5 years supervisory experience, at least two of those being at a call center
- HS Degree with 7-9 years' experience at the supervisory level
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including excel
- Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience managing a large hourly staff as well as leaders
