Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Operations Manager in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Partner with HR to manage any performance issues, evaluations, or terminations
  • Oversee a group of 5-7 Team Leads and group of virtual receptionists
  • Develop and drive a management structure to streamline workflow

Position Requirements Include:

  • Able to work both remotely and in our Phoenix office
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience, at least two of those being at a call center
  • HS Degree with 7-9 years' experience at the supervisory level
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including excel
  • Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience managing a large hourly staff as well as leaders
