Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide information to callers while facilitating transfers to appropriate destinations
  • Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify and contact on-call providers with patient details
  • Process special protocols for various hospital sites and assist individuals in emergency situations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and telephone work while sitting for long periods
