Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Call Center Pharmacy Claims Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining hospice/facility/pharmacy relationships
  • Assist pharmacies with claims adjudication
  • Complete incoming tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Claims Team Leaders and the Pharmacy Claims Manager

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to audience
  • Self-motivated, organized
  • Team player
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on tasks assigned
  • Experience working in a call center or other high volume environment
  • 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
