Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Call Center Pharmacy Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound calls to providers and retail pharmacies
- Following up on new prescription requests and transfers
- Researching and updating clarifications and denials
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order or hospital pharmacy
- Must have an active Pharmacy Technician License in Texas
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Strong data entry skills
