A staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Quality Assurance Analyst in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing development and implementation of the quality programs
- Establishing internal and external call center customer satisfaction indexes
- Identifying areas of opportunity regarding the improvement of Customer Satisfaction
