Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Call Center Registered Nurse.
Must be able to:
- Assess patient's current health status and recommends appropriate level of care
- Assess consumer's understanding of their condition and identifies potential care/provider gaps
- Coordinate services and referrals to health programs and community services
Required Skills:
- Training onsite for the 6 weeks Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of residence and ability to obtain multiple RN state licenses
- 3+ years of applicable clinical experience
- Ability to navigate a Windows based environment, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Ability to understand readiness for change and ability to move members along the continuum of change
- Able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends (Saturday or Sunday, sometimes both)
