Job Summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Call Center Registered Nurse in New Berlin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing nursing triage services for patients over the telephone
• Performing nursing telephone triage of acute illness by evaluation of symptoms
• Collecting and analyzing patient and family data for the purpose of assessment

Qualifications Include:

• It is likely that we will re-open the facility in the future
• Associate's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Nursing
• 3 years of experience in clinical nursing within an emergency, intensive care, ambulatory, urgent care or triage
• Knowledge of a variety of healthcare specialties
• Ability to incorporate past experience with established protocols
• Excellent verbal communication skills demonstrating empathy
