Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Remote Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer calls to appropriate departments and centers
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, managing complaints and providing service information
• Document call information and update patient records in the system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus
