Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Rep - Bill Review Services Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients by answering questions and resolving account issues
• Perform tasks based on established procedures and manage inbound and outbound communications
• Work in a high-paced environment with multiple tasks assigned throughout the day

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Availability to work any schedule from 8:00am to 7:00pm (EST)
• Prior Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred
