Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Rep - Bill Review Services Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and provide support to customers regarding their accounts
• Perform tasks based on established procedures and log cases from calls and emails
• Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States
• Availability to work any schedule between 8:00am to 7:00pm (EST)
• Prior Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred
• Must be able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
