Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims, and related topics
• Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs and answer related inquiries
• Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and strive for one-call resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Successfully complete customer service assessment and typing test
• Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
• Successful completion of a background check is required
• Must have a reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace
