Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, and claims
• Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs and address related inquiries
• Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and strive for one-call resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test
• Complete mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
• Successful completion of a background check
• Must have a home internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
