Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proxy Call Center Representative to work remotely in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle large call volumes daily using an automated dialer
• Research and update contact information for shareholders
• Solicit shareholder votes and accurately record voting instructions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
• Previous call center or cold calling experience preferred
• Must possess a Windows PC with specified technical requirements
• Must have unmetered private high-speed internet access
