A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to claims, documentation, and account management
• Navigate multiple systems while managing a high volume of incoming calls
• Provide support for website navigation and assist with account-related issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Must successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Successful completion of a background check is required
