Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (FULL TIME/REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, and providers
• Responsible for triaging inbound calls for multiple facilities and managing daily provider schedules
• Accurately document and enter inbound/outbound calls into the appropriate database

Required Qualifications

• Approximately one year of office experience in a medical setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Ability to handle stress and conflict well
• Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
• Strong attention to detail
