Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative for a Medical Answering Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide customer service in accordance with service level agreements
- Understand caller needs and connect them with the appropriate physician
- Document caller information accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of healthcare preferred
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems while assisting customers
