Job Summary

- Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to ensure inquiries are addressed
- Collaborate with team members and management to efficiently process client inquiries and recommend workflow changes
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of call center experience
- Background in healthcare
- Ability to work in a team and identify stakeholders for resolving inquiries
- Commitment to attending scheduled training sessions for 90 consecutive days
- Availability to work assigned shifts between 8:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET
