Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2 or more years of call center experience
- Background in healthcare
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to attending all scheduled training sessions for 90 consecutive days
- Availability to work any assigned 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET
