Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative for a remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to confirm resolution
  • Adhere to client SLAs, meet production targets, and collaborate with team members to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2 or more years of call center experience
  • Background in healthcare
  • Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 24MBS download and 8MBS upload
  • Commitment to attend all scheduled training sessions for 90 consecutive days
  • Availability to work any assigned 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET
