Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative for a Medical Answering Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls while adhering to service level agreements
• Understand caller needs and contact appropriate physicians as necessary
• Document caller information accurately and assist with other assigned projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Six months of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
