Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
  • Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of customer service calls
  • Gather and document pet medical information while meeting productivity and performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to work from home with a wired Ethernet connection
  • Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment preferred
  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
