Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote inbound call center position starting in June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries

Required Qualifications and Education

• U.S. citizenship with two forms of valid ID
• Ability to pass a VA government background check
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
