Job Summary

As a remote, work-from-home Call Center Representative for Roadside Assistance, the successful candidate will field incoming calls from members in distress, ensuring their safety and providing immediate assistance while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Field incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance, documenting details accurately
  • Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls and relay critical information to expedite dispatching
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of Emergency Roadside Service
Required qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience, with call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask while communicating
  • Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
