Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Call Center Representative, the ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team while providing exceptional customer service and managing a high volume of inbound/outbound calls during Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
• Communicate the value of company products and services to educate clients
• Log all activity and information accurately in the CRM while meeting performance goals

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of call center experience required
• Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
• Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus
