Job Summary
Detail-oriented and adaptable, the full-time Remote Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and track incoming calls while routing and escalating as necessary
- Prepare and submit accurate reports in government systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Conduct database and open-source research to support client operations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Associate's Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in handling sensitive information
