Seeking motivated individuals, the fully remote Outbound Call Center Agent will engage with donors and prospective donors to secure financial gifts for various non-profit clients while maintaining productivity metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using predictive dialing equipment to communicate with donors in a positive and engaging manner
• Secure financial contributions on behalf of multiple non-profit clients while adhering to approved scripts
• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity metrics throughout the workday

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment history with long-term stability
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
