Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Offering a 100% remote contract opportunity, the Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to retirement services, including 401K, 403b, and 529 Plans, for a duration of 12+ months.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding retirement services and plans
• Provide accurate information and support to clients regarding their accounts
• Complete paid training over 4-5 weeks to ensure service excellence

Required qualifications:

• Experience in a call center environment, specifically with retirement services
• Familiarity with 401K, 403b, and 529 Plans
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Willingness to undergo paid training
• Contract availability for a minimum of 12 months
