Job Summary
Driven and friendly, the part-time Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, update patient data, and ensure medication coverage while working remotely within a flexible schedule from 7 am to 8 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage inbound calls, with potential outbound calls as needed
- Update and maintain accurate patient data using computer skills for data entry
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication for patients
Required qualifications
- Previous call center experience is required
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Must have active internet access and the ability to work from home
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
