Job Summary

Driven and friendly, the part-time Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, update patient data, and ensure medication coverage while working remotely within a flexible schedule from 7 am to 8 pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and manage inbound calls, with potential outbound calls as needed
  • Update and maintain accurate patient data using computer skills for data entry
  • Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication for patients
Required qualifications
  • Previous call center experience is required
  • Medical call center experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Must have active internet access and the ability to work from home
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
