Job Summary

Supporting Veterans through meaningful interactions, the full-time Remote Call Center Representative will assist callers with inquiries, provide information about services, and document call details accurately while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from Veterans and healthcare providers in a professional manner
• Research information and assist callers with questions regarding services and support programs
• Document call details accurately and collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with two forms of valid identification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
• Dependability and self-motivation while working remotely
