Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Providing support for patients' prescription needs, the part-time Remote Call Center Representative will assist with inbound and outbound calls, utilize call center software, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while working a designated 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with prescription medications through inbound and outbound calls
• Utilize call center software for account research and updating notes
• Communicate with insurance companies on behalf of patients to address their needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
• Quiet workstation with high-speed internet access
• Basic computer proficiency, including typing and data entry
