Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely as a part-time Call Center Representative, the candidate will respond to customer inquiries about vehicle recalls and services, convert service leads into scheduled appointments, and log details accurately across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound customer text messages regarding vehicle recalls and service needs
• Convert service inquiries into scheduled appointments and follow up with unresponsive leads
• Maintain consistent messaging and service quality in partnership with BPO call center agents

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Experience with SMS/text-based customer service or chat support platforms
• Proven ability to manage high message/call volume without sacrificing quality
• Excellent written communication skills with a professional texting style
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently in a remote team
