Job Summary

An outbound sales services company is in need of a Remote Call Center Representative.

Must be able to:

• Capture additional information from the prospective student
• Warm transfer prospects to various clients
• Assist with employment applications and the prequalification process

Position Requirements Include:

• Have strong listening skills
• Ability to deal tactfully with callers in a fast paced call center environment
• Receptive to and quick to implement constructive feedback
• Able to multi-task
• Have above average computer and typing skills
