Job Summary

A global healthcare company is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative in Canonsburg.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with patients, insurance carriers, or other areas of the billing department to resolve billing inquiries
  • Responsible for maintaining individual & departmental goals: Call Quality, Average Call Handle Time, Service Level, etc
  • Provide feedback to management on identified issues & assist with resolution of any items or trends

Qualifications Include:

  • High School graduate or GED required Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle complex issues in difficult situations
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work independently, and communicate effectively using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and word usage
