Job Summary
A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Remote Call Center Representative in Colorado Springs .
Must be able to:
- Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions
- Share expertise of our products and services to our customers to ensure appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling
- Support commercial businesses by offering property and auto insurance tailored to our customers’ unique needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
- Property & Casualty license
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer savvy
