Job Summary

A non-profit network of travel service providers has an open position for a Remote Call Center Representative in Independence.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide legendary customer service
  • Service members' inbound calls in a personable and professional manner
  • Capture all data with a high degree of accuracy

Qualifications Include:

  • Potential to become Work From Home agent
  • Basic computer skills that include typing, Microsoft Office, and multi-tasking on the phone
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Commitment to completing the entire training period without interruption
  • Customer service experience required
