Job Summary
A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Representative in St Cloud.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing world class customer service, resolving customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and web chats
- Assisting doctor offices with their inquiries via telephone, chat and email
- Responding to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Inquiries may range from telephone, in person, or via the internet/e-email
- High School Diploma
- Must have high speed internet
- One to two years of customer service experience in a high- call volume environment
