Job Summary
A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Reservations Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Servicing and processing new and existing individual Reservations requests
- Maximizing revenue opportunities by offering available ancillary products
- Adhering to all department attendance, phone adherence and quality expectations
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Call center, sales or related travel industry experience
- Ability and willingness to adhere to a strict attendance/work schedule policy
- Must be tech savvy, possessing the ability to perform basic computer troubleshooting
