Job Summary
An online education company is in need of a Remote Call Center Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping to define, develop and implement call center systems, standard operating policies and procedures from scratch
- Defining and communicating call center standards to call center employees and outsourced partners
- Planning and prioritizing call center activities in line with marketing initiatives and campaigns
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-6 years Call Center Management and Leadership experience
- Sales/Account Management Experience
- Experience setting up key call center systems
- Experience recruiting, training and effectively managing sales teams against targets
