Remote Call Center Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler I, Call Center Part Time 20 Hours Remote but must reside in Denver metro area.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls courteously and assist customers by resolving requests or directing them appropriately
• Schedule appointments according to patient requests and provider availability while maintaining accurate documentation
• Gather and verify demographic and insurance information for new and existing patients to facilitate billing and care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer service or healthcare experience required
• Familiarity with healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of standardized scheduling and insurance referral processes preferred
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
