Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Seasonal Licensed Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls for member outreach and welcome calls to new members
- Provide accurate information to prospects
- Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Communicate effectively with prospects and plan members over the phone, and in-person
- Must have valid residential state Health Insurance License
- High school diploma or GED
- A respectful tone and professional demeanor
- A performance-driven mindset
- Must have excellent attendance habits
