A major financial service conglomerate has an open position for a Remote Call Center Service Representative in Ogden.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
- Assisting customers with questions regarding checking & savings accounts
- Maintaining documentation and records of customer inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work on site for initial training
- Ability to work evenings, Saturdays as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent
