Job Summary
A major financial service conglomerate is seeking a Remote Call Center Service Representative in Salt Lake City.
Must be able to:
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone for various banking departments and affiliates
- Assist customers with questions regarding checking & savings accounts, loans, bank cards or other banking needs
- Make appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have an isolated work space in the home free from distractions and noise
- Must provide a land-based telephone line and high-speed Internet connection
- Customer service or other directly related experience a plus
- Knowledge of banking and financial services a plus
