Job Summary
A major financial service company is filling a position for a Remote Call Center Service Representative Vernal Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
- Assist customers with questions regarding checking & savings accounts, loans, bank cards or other banking needs
- Make appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of various computer software including spreadsheets and word processing
- Requires good follow-through
- Must have an isolated work space in the home free from distractions and noise
- Must have Internet connection
